Soft pressing of the whole grape with membrane presses, static clarification at low temperatures and then filtration and conservation of the must in thermally controlled vats at zero degrees. Secondary fermentation of residual sugars in autoclaves.
Bright yellow colour, aromas and scents of fresh fruit with the typical and clear aroma of the grape. Sweet and aromatic flavour with a noticeable vivaciousness.
Excellent with desserts and as a refreshing summer drink.
