CHARACTERISTICS:

Ruby red colour with garnet undertones. Intense, persistent aroma with hints of cherry. Full bodied, dry and well balanced flavour.

PAIRINGS:

Excellent with traditional entrées, white and red meats and medium aged cheeses.
