WINEMAKING:

Soft pressing of whole grapes (collected in 18-kg containers) after a short maceration of skins, static clarification at low temperatures and then filtration and conservation of the must at zero degrees. Partial secondary fermentation of sugars at a temperature of I 5°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Bright yellow leaning towards golden, with a fragrant, thick and intense aroma. Sweet, maintaining the typical aroma of the grape, with a refreshing sensation that lingers in the mouth.

PAIRINGS:

Inimitable in its match with desserts, especially those with hazelnuts and almonds.This Moscato is excellent at any time of day, even simply accompanied with biscuits.
